Purchase With Purchase (PWP)

PWP promotion offered an option of buying another item at a reduced price after certain amount of purchase.

1. This promotion only applicable to selected products as stated in promotion materials;
2. During promotional periods, all purchases with a qualifying spend after all vouchers have been applied will be eligible for this promotion;
3. PWP item cannot be exchanged for cash;
4. This promotion is only valid during said promotional period;
5. If any PWP item is found to be damaged upon arrival, customers will be allowed to initiate an exchange (subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy);
6. If a customer returns any of the items within PWP promotion, they must also return the PWP item;
7. BZU BZU reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

 

 

Gift With Purchase (GWP)

GWP promotion offered a free gift after certain amount of purchase.

1. Promotional period for promotional free gift please refers campaign materials (banners, posts);
2. During promotional periods, all purchases with a qualifying spend after all vouchers have been applied will be eligible to receive the appropriate free gifts;
3. Free gifts are only redeemable on the same online order of purchase;
4. Free gifts are limited to 1 gift per transaction/order;
5. All free gifts are:
   • subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last;
   • non-transferable;
   • Not exchangeable for cash or any other gift;
6. No exchange or refund will be issued for all free gifts due to being damaged upon arrival;
7. This promotion cannot be applied to previous purchase;
8. BZU BZU reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this promotion without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.

 

 

Online Vouchers/Promo Code

Online vouchers/promo codes offered a certain percentage or a certain value of discount after certain amount of purchase.

1. Vouchers/codes are only valid for purchases made on BZU BZU eStore;
2. Each voucher/code is applicable for a single transaction;
3. Vouchers/codes are to be entered at the checkout or cart page;
4. Vouchers/ codes are not valid for promotions, discounted products, and shipping fees (unless stated otherwise);
5. Any vouchers/codes which have expired will be invalid;
6. Vouchers/codes are not exchangeable for cash;
7. Additional terms & conditions are stated on the respective promotion materials (e.g. duration, discount amounts, validity for campaigns/promotions or certain products);
8. BZU BZU reserves the right to cancel any order if a customer’s purchasing behaviour that appears to be suspicious or potentially fraudulent;
9. BZU BZU reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions or cancel any vouchers/codes without prior notice.

 

 

Gift Cards

All items that have been purchased using a gift card will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for refunds or exchanges. However, the refunded amount will be pro-rated based on the voucher amount. If the refund is approved, the shipping fee and voucher amount will be deducted from the total refund amount. This applies to all products including bundled or promotional items.

 

 

Product Purchased Before and After Discount/Promotion

The customer shall ensure that the product(s) purchased via BZU BZU eStore upon checkout be final and binding on both the customer and BZU BZU on a willing buyer and willing seller basis. BZU BZU shall not entertain any claims on the purchase price once payment is made on checkout and this includes amongst others, the discount(s) and/or promotion(s) offered after the said payment of the product(s) are made.
