General
Shopping with BZU BZU is easy.
1. Log on to bzubzu.my
2. To add items to your cart, click on "Add to Cart" with your desired quantity.
3. To review your items, click on the "Bag" icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
4. Enter an applicable "Promo Code" or apply gift card if you have. Changes will take effect once you have successfully applied or entered.
When you're ready to place your order:
5. Click on "Check Out" and your order summary will appear for your review.
6. Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option, then click on "Place Order" to proceed with the payment.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
After placing your order you will receive a web confirmation and also an email confirmation.
Log in, then go to the "Order History" section. You will see all your bzubzu.my orders along with their status.
If you are already logged in, click on "Your Account", then click on "Order History".
If you’d like to cancel or modify an order, please fill out our web form and select “Modify Order” in the drop-down subject field. Please include your order number and details regarding why you’d like to cancel or how you’d like to modify your order, then submit. A member of our customer service team will be in touch to help you complete your request!
Currently we only accept Malaysia local orders. If you are from Singapore, you may visit bzubzu.sg, our Singapore team should be able to better assist you.
BZU BZU ships via xxxxx, which cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
