1. ORGANISER & CAMPAIGN PERIOD

1.1. The "Emas Kemerdekaan" ("Contest") is organized by Elite Beauty Asia (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201901037568 / 1346898-V) ("Organiser"), operating the official BZU BZU Malaysia online store (bzubzu.my).

1.2. The Contest period runs from 1 August 2026 to 16 September 2026 ("Contest Period").

1.3. Orders placed before or after the Contest Period will strictly not be eligible for entries into any prize tiers or draw tracks.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. The Contest is open to all legal residents and citizens of Malaysia aged 18 years and above as of 1 August 2026.

2.2. Employees of the Organiser, its retailers, distributors (and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2.3. To qualify, participants must make a valid payment(min.RM50 net checkout amount), verified purchase on the official BZU BZU Malaysia storefront (bzubzu.my). Purchases made through 3rd-party marketplaces or offline retail channels are not eligible unless explicitly stated by the Organiser.

3. CONTEST MECHANICS & ENTRY TRACKS

Participation is automatically calculated at checkout upon successful order payment. No manual receipt submission or registration form is required.

Track 1: Top Spender Track (total Grand Prize & Weekly Prize)

• Every qualifying order placed and paid between 1 August 2026 and 16 September 2026 will be automatically aggregated under the customer’s registered email address / account.

• The customer with the highest accumulated net spends across the entire Contest Period will automatically qualify for the Grand Prize. Track 2: Lucky Draw Track

• Every RM50 spent (net check out amount) in a single qualifying order earns 1 electronic entry into the Lucky Draw pool (where applicable) to win store gift cards.

• Example: An order with a net total of RM150 earns 3 electronic entries automatically.

• Entries are cumulative per single transaction threshold. Orders under RM50 (net check out amount) are not eligible for entry calculations.

4. PRIZES & WINNER ALLOCATION

4.1. All Gold Bar prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to official market availability.

4.2. Store Gift Card Vouchers are valid for single-use redemptions at bzubzu.my and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

5. CANCELLED, REFUNDED & FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS

5.1. Any order that is cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, unpaid, or returned during or prior to winner selection will be automatically disqualified from both the Lucky Draw and Top Spender leaderboards.

5.2. The Organiser reserves the right to audit and exclude any order suspected of fraudulent activity, trade exploitation, automated bot submissions, or abuse of discount structures.

6. PRIZE FULFILLMENT & COLLECTION POLICY

EXCLUSIVE FOR REGISTERED MEMBERS ONLY. 

Gold Prizes (999.9 Gold – 0.25g) and Non-Gold Prizes (RM30, RM10, and RM5 BZU BZU Store Gift Card Vouchers) are exclusively applicable to registered members of bzubzu.my. 

Non-registered members or guest checkouts are strictly not eligible to participate or win any prizes.

6.1. Non-Gold Prizes (Store Gift Cards / Vouchers)

• All digital vouchers will be credited directly into the winner’s registered BZU BZU store account within 7 working days following the official winner announcement.

6.2. Gold Prizes (Weekly & Grand Prize Gold Bars)

• Self-Collection Mandatory: For safety, security, and verification purposes, ALL Gold Bar winners (regardless of whether won via the Weekly Top Spender or the Grand Top Spender Track) MUST collect their prize in person at the BZU BZU Malaysia Headquarters.

• Verification Required: Upon collection, winners must present their original MyKad / Passport matching the DOB registered on their bzubzu.my purchasing account, along with their winning notification email.

• Authorized Representative: If a winner is strictly unable to collect in person, a proxy may collect on their behalf only with a signed Authorization Letter from the winner, a copy of the winner's MyKad.

• Collection Window: All Gold prizes must be claimed within 30 calendar days from the date of official winner notification. Unclaimed gold prizes after this period will be forfeited without prior notice.

7. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

7.1. By participating in this Contest, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data (Name, Contact Number, Email, Shipping Address) by the Organiser in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

7.2. Winners agree to allow the Organiser to publish their name, masked order number, and photo/video footage for publicity, marketing, and promotional purposes without prior notice or additional compensation.

8. GENERAL GOVERNING LAWS & RIGHTS

8.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, alter, suspend, or terminate this Contest or any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.2. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation, rules, mechanics, or results of the Contest, the decision of the Organiser shall be final, binding, and conclusive. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

8.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
